Janowska 48, with the assigned tax identification number (NIP): 958 167 46 43, with the assigned KRS number: 0000628354, providing electronic services via the Website<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>User<\/strong> \u2013 a natural person to whom the Administrator provides services by electronic means via the Website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Device<\/strong> \u2013 electronic device together with software, through which the User gains access to the Website<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Cookies<\/strong> \u2013 text data collected in the form of files placed on the User's Device<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>GDPR<\/strong> \u2013 Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Personal data<\/strong> \u2013 means information about an identified or identifiable natural person (\u201edata subject\u201d); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Processing<\/strong> \u2013 means any operation or set of operations performed upon personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Restriction of processing<\/strong> \u2013 means the marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting their future processing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Profiling<\/strong> \u2013 means any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict aspects concerning that natural person's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Agreed<\/strong> \u2013 data subject's consent means any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Personal data breach<\/strong> \u2013 means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Pseudonymisation<\/strong> \u2013 means the processing of personal data in such a manner that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Anonymisation<\/strong> \u2013 Data anonymisation is an irreversible data processing operation that destroys \/ overwrites \u201epersonal data\u201d, making it impossible to identify or link a given record to a specific user or natural person.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a72 Data Protection Officer<\/h2>\n<p>Pursuant to Article 37 of the GDPR, the Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.<\/p>\n<p>For matters concerning data processing, including personal data, please contact the Controller directly.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a73 Types of Cookies<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>First-party cookies<\/strong> \u2013 files placed and read on the User's Device by the ICT system of the Website<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Third-party cookies<\/strong> \u2013 files placed on and read from the User's Device by the ICT systems of external Services. The scripts of external Services that may place Cookies on the User's Device have been deliberately placed in the Service via scripts and services made available and installed in the Service<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Session cookies<\/strong> \u2013 files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service <span id=\"sz1\" style=\"display: none;\">or External providers<\/span> during a single session of a given Device. Once the session has ended, the files are deleted from the User's Device.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Persistent cookies<\/strong> \u2013 files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service <span id=\"sz2\" style=\"display: none;\">or External providers<\/span> until they are manually deleted. Files are not automatically deleted at the end of a Device session unless the User's Device configuration is set to delete cookies at the end of the Device session.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a74 Data storage security<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Cookie storage and retrieval mechanisms<\/strong> \u2013 The mechanisms for storing, reading and exchanging data between Cookies saved on the User's Device and the Website are implemented through the built-in mechanisms of web browsers and do not allow for the downloading of other data from the User's Device or data of other websites visited by the User, including personal data or confidential information. The Administrator selects well-known, large partners with global public trust for cooperation. To the extent permitted by law, the Administrator shall not be liable for the security of Cookie files, their content, or their use in accordance with the licence by Scripts installed on the website originating from external Services. They are deleted or anonymised within up to 30 days from the moment the provision of services ends (e.g. deletion of a registered user account, unsubscribing from the Newsletter list, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>An exception is a situation which requires the protection of the legally justified purposes of further processing of this data by the Administrator. In the case of user accounts, the deletion of data consists in the anonymisation of data enabling the identification of the User.
